FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I Legally Get Married in Gran Canaria?

Marriage for all people is now legal in Gran Canaria and many couples are at last able to show their love and committment for each other. Under International Marriage Law the Civil Marriages celebrated here are legally binding globally.

Is it possible to Marry in a Church?

Whilst the law does not yet allow your marriage to take place legally in a church, we can provide a priest who  is willing to perform the Ceremony in a Chapel in Gran Canaria for you with the legalisation ceremony taking place just before that. We are currently in negotiations with the Registrar to enable the legal section to be part of the religious ceremony as well. We can also offer Spiritual Ceremonies

We have a limited budget. Can you arrange a Wedding ?

Yes, all of our ceremonies are bespoke and therefore designed to suit your budget however large or small

How do we arrange the legal papers etc?

To get legally married in Gran Canaria as a Non Resident, you will need to work with us to make this happen. We are the only people legally registered to arrange non resident weddings in Gran Canaria.
